Recycleye wins coveted National Recycling Award

We are very proud to confirm that Recycleye has been recognised in the Equipment – Innovation category at the prestigious MRW National Recycling Awards 2022 in London.

Our win was revealed on 6 December at the annual night of recognition and celebration, with around 500 attendees from across the waste materials, recycling and recovery industry.

With 20 categories, the awards cover every aspect of the industry, from Recycling Excellence to Local Authority Success.

Our entry, which detailed the results of successful installations to date of Recycleye Robotics, was praised by members of the expert judging panel who were drawn from across the recycling sector.

“This has the ability to transform recycling operations and drive the circular economy”

Recognising Recycleye with this major award, the judges said “This has the ability to transform recycling operations and drive the circular economy. It provides a granular level of information that has been lacking in waste data, to drive significant improvements in processes, costs and health and safety.”

Corin Williams, editor of MRW, said: “How the UK deals with its resources is one of the most pressing issues of our age.  The MRW National Recycling Award winners have all demonstrated their ingenuity and effectiveness in preventing waste and reusing or recycling materials.  If we want to reach our net-zero targets, develop more secure supply chains and take care of our environment, we should take note of these winners. They are leading the way.”

Thank you to all the judges for their recognition and to our clients for their support and vision in choosing Recycleye and our proven, and now award-winning technology.
